Who are we?
Well, it’s only me, Francois-Xavier (the Fx from Fxamps). I’m a French guy that moved to Greece in search for a more meaningful life after years spent programming computers.
Before becoming an amp builder, I was a musician (still am), and vintage amp lover, with a great collection including most of the iconic ones.
After having my wonderful daughter, I had to move to low power amplifiers, but offer was scarce then. As I had some experience in DIY, I decided to build my own low power amplifier, called the Lableue.
Success was immediate, and Fxamps was born. It was 15 years ago (begining of 2011).
Fxamps then quickly became a brand synonym of quality and sound.
We since built hundreds of amplifiers, launched various models, and more importantly, we kept improving every aspect of our amplifiers : sound, quality, design.
When you choose an Fx amplifier, you choose an amplifier that you’ll play and love for life.
ACE amplification is another brand name, property of Fxamps, a commercial company, providing high quality boutique gear for guitar players.
We started ACE in 2017 to provide a cheaper alternative to Fx amplifiers, while keeping many of our praised features.
Amps and tubes is the official online shop for Fxamps, a commercial company, providing high quality boutique gear for guitar players. It was launched in 2018 to provide our amplifiers direct to customers, to provide the best advice and avoid unnecessary fees.
Fxamps is a greek company registered in the Hellenic republic of Greece, and registered to the VIAS european VAT system.
