- Products availability & build on order
Product noted in stock are effectively in stock, ready to dispatch without delay. Backorder products or custom/custom finish amplifiers can still be ordered, but may require several weeks building time.
Fx amplifiers are now built only on order, and due to heavy demand, building time is approx 4 months. We may have from time to time some models in stock, these will be specified as in stock.
Building time is approximative and will not be accept as order cancellation reason.
- Fx Amplification products warranty
All Fx amplifiers and cabinets are covered by a 5 year warranty. Warranty does not cover tubes, output transformer, nor any damage resulting from a bad use of the product. Warranty is non transferable.
- ACE Amplification products warranty
All ACE amplifiers and cabinets are covered by a 2 year warranty. Warranty does not cover tubes, output transformer, nor any damage resulting from a bad use of the product. Warranty is non transferable.
- Product return and cancellation
Should the product be defective upon reception, you should notice us as quickly as possible, to organize a return. Return expenses will be covered in case of defect covered by warranty. However if the product is working fine, you’ll have to pay for the return, and shipment back to you.
All non custom purchase are covered by a 14 days return, no explanation needed. In this case you just have to pay for the shipment back to us, and you’ll be refunded under 30 days. Shipping fees both way may not be refunded. Some costs may apply in case of promotion, or custom work, and will not be refunded.
Order placed without VAT by companies cannot be returned.
In case of a cancellation or return for orders paid with paypal, fees will not be refunded!!!

- Fx amplifiers return and cancellation
Fx amplifiers are built upon request with custom finish, and thus cannot benefit from retractation period. All sales are final, all deposit are non refundable.
For custom models, a return for modification can be arranged if you were to be not totally satisfied with the original version.
General Terms and Conditions
Information for users of distance selling contracts and customer information for contracts in electronic business transactions
§ 1 Area of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to business relationships between ourselves and the buyer for orders via the internet shop in the version applicable at the time of the order.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of our products on our website is merely an invitation to customers to submit a contractual offer.
By sending an order, the customer is submitting an offer . The customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail.
The contract with us comes about if we accept the customer’s offer within 2 working days following the dispatch of the order, either in writing or in text form. The decisive point in time is the time of receipt of the declaration of acceptance by the customer.
§ 3 Delivery, shipping costs, transfer of risk
Delivery shall take place subject to the shipping costs declared in each individual case. If the customer is a consumer, we shall bear the shipping risk regardless of the type of dispatch. If the customer is an entrepreneur, all risks and dangers of shipping transfer to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over by us to the contracted logistics partner.
§ 4 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 5 Payments
Only the types of payment shown to the customer during the ordering process are accepted.
§ 6 Liability for defects
The statutory defect liability rights apply.
§ 7 Information for consumers in distance selling contracts and customer information for contracts in electronic business transactions
a) We are not subject to any specific codes of conduct not mentioned above.
b) Any entry errors when placing your order can be identified during the subsequent confirmation prior to sending off your contractual statement and can be corrected at any time using the deletion and modification functions prior to submitting your order.
c) The material characteristics of the goods offered by us and the period of validity of limited offers can be found in the individual product descriptions on our website.
d) The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
e) Complaints and claims for defects can be submitted to the address given in the provider information.
f) We do not store the contract text, and it is therefore not available to you as a customer from us following the conclusion of the contract.
g) Information about payment, delivery or fulfilment can be found in the offer.
§ 8 Miscellaneous
The contractual relationship between ourselves and the customer as well as the applicable terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Hellenic republic of Greece. If the customer is a consumer, this agreement shall not affect the consumer protection regulations and rights under the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her usual place of residence, which may not be deviated from by contract. The application of UN-CISG is excluded.
