Les produits indiqués en stock sont effectivement en stock au moment de la commande, et prêts a être expédies, sauf mention contraire.
Les produits hors stock ou les réalisations sur mesure peuvent être commandés, mais nécessitent jusqu’à plusieurs semaines afin d’être réalisées.
Les amplis Fxamps étant construits a la demande, et en raison d’une forte demande, le temps de fabrication est estimé a environ 5 mois.
Le délai annoncé est une estimation, et peut varier en fonction d’événements imprévus. Il ne saurait être accepté comme motif d’annulation de la commande.
- Garantie des amplis Fxamps
Les amplis Fxamps sont couverts par une garantie de 5 ans. La garantie ne couvre pas les lampes, les transformateurs de sortie, et plus généralement les dommages résultants d’une mauvaise utilisation ou modification du matériel.
La garantie ne s’applique qu’au premier propriétaire et n’est pas transférable.
- Garantie des amplis ACE
Les amplis ACE sont couverts par une garantie de 3 ans. La garantie ne couvre pas les lampes, les transformateurs de sortie, et plus généralement les dommages résultants d’une mauvaise utilisation ou modification du matériel.
La garantie ne s’applique qu’au premier propriétaire et n’est pas transférable.
- Retourner un produit ou annuler une commande
Si le produit commandé venait a être défectueux a réception, veuillez nous contacter le plus rapidement possible pour procéder a son remplacement ou a sa réparation. Les frais de retour seront couverts par la garantie si celle si s’applique. Si le produit ne présente aucun problème après inspection, l,acheteur sera responsable des coûts de transport.
Tout produit standard est couvert par une période de rétractation de 14 jours, pendant laquelle l’acheteur peut retourner le produit sans raison. Les frais de retour seront alors a la charge de l’acheteur. Le remboursement sera effectué sous 30 jours. L’acheteur est responsable des dégâts pouvant survenir pendant le transport de retour.
Le matériel fabriqué sur mesure ou a la demande n’est pas couvert par la procédure de retour.
Merci de nous contacter au préalable pour trouver un arrangement. Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans une demande préalable.
Les commandes placées hors taxes par des entreprises ne peuvent pas beneficier du delai de retractation.
Attention en cas de commande reglée via paypal, tout remboursement sera amputé des frais prelevés par paypal.
- Retour et annulation pour les amplis Fxamps
Les amplis Fxamps sont desormais construits a la demande, avec finition sur mesure. Par consequent, ils ne peuvent beneficier du delai de retractation. Toute vente est definitive, tout versement d’accompte est definitif.
En cas de commande d’un ampli sur mesure (“custom”), un retour pour modification vous sera gracieusement offert si l’ampli ne convenait pas a votre demande.

§ 1 Area of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to business relationships between ourselves and the buyer for orders via the internet shop in the version applicable at the time of the order.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of our products on our website is merely an invitation to customers to submit a contractual offer.
By sending an order, the customer is submitting an offer . The customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail.
The contract with us comes about if we accept the customer’s offer within 2 working days following the dispatch of the order, either in writing or in text form. The decisive point in time is the time of receipt of the declaration of acceptance by the customer.
§ 3 Delivery, shipping costs, transfer of risk
Delivery shall take place subject to the shipping costs declared in each individual case. If the customer is a consumer, we shall bear the shipping risk regardless of the type of dispatch. If the customer is an entrepreneur, all risks and dangers of shipping transfer to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over by us to the contracted logistics partner.
§ 4 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 5 Payments
Only the types of payment shown to the customer during the ordering process are accepted.
§ 6 Liability for defects
The statutory defect liability rights apply.
§ 7 Information for consumers in distance selling contracts and customer information for contracts in electronic business transactions
a) We are not subject to any specific codes of conduct not mentioned above.
b) Any entry errors when placing your order can be identified during the subsequent confirmation prior to sending off your contractual statement and can be corrected at any time using the deletion and modification functions prior to submitting your order.
c) The material characteristics of the goods offered by us and the period of validity of limited offers can be found in the individual product descriptions on our website.
d) The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
e) Complaints and claims for defects can be submitted to the address given in the provider information.
f) We do not store the contract text, and it is therefore not available to you as a customer from us following the conclusion of the contract.
g) Information about payment, delivery or fulfilment can be found in the offer.
§ 8 Miscellaneous
The contractual relationship between ourselves and the customer as well as the applicable terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Hellenic republic of Greece. If the customer is a consumer, this agreement shall not affect the consumer protection regulations and rights under the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her usual place of residence, which may not be deviated from by contract. The application of UN-CISG is excluded.
